Tracie Grimwood was born in Melbourne, Australia, in 1969. She studied Graphic Design at Swinburne University and has been working as a freelance illustrator since graduating in 1991.

She works in a varied range of styles and her clients include design studios, book and magazine publishers and advertising agencies. She has produced several stamp issues for Australia Post, as well as regularly producing designs for several greeting card companies in the UK and USA. Tracie has exhibited her work in many group shows and occasionally accepts private commissions.

When she is not painting Tracie enjoys equestrian pursuits with a particular focus on classical dressage.
